KITS is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Scriptwriter & Storyteller to join our media team at Behind Meezan Bank, 18 KM Ferozepur Road, Lahore.
This role is specifically tailored for writers who understand narrative structure, scene pacing, and audience retention. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, researching, and writing compelling video scripts and stories that captivate viewers.
Note: This is a specialized scriptwriting role, not a standard SEO article or blog writing position.
Key Responsibilities

Write engaging, structured, and high-retention video scripts and narrative stories from scratch.

Develop strong visual concepts, scene beats, and creative hooks to grab audience attention instantly.

Conduct thorough research on diverse topics to craft accurate, informative, and entertaining content.

Collaborate closely with production, design, and marketing teams to align written scripts with visual execution.

Edit, proofread, and refine script drafts to maintain tone, flow, and quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven hands-on experience in scriptwriting, story development, or narrative content creation.

Language Proficiency: Strong command of written English with a deep understanding of storytelling dynamics and tone.

Creative Mindset: Ability to turn complex ideas or research into simple, engaging, and high-impact visual stories.

Work Arrangement: On-site in Johar Town, Lahore (Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
